PARC Autodrome was born from the revitalization of the former Curitiba International Racetrack.

Designed by the architectural firm Jaime Lerner & Associates and developed by BairrU, the project is guided by the principles of New Urbanism, such as mobility, sustainability, and a diversity of uses and community living.

To bring this innovative vision to life as a concrete and memorable experience, the Experience BOX was created — an immersive space built within the former racetrack, designed to emotionally connect visitors to the neighborhood’s concept and allow each person to imagine themselves living there.

The journey was designed to guide visitors through every stage of the project — from the legacy of urban planning and Jaime Lerner’s visionary ideas to the immersive 5D cinema, which brings to life the neighborhood’s lifestyle through images, sounds, and sensations.

The result is over 80 percent of units sold within 24 hours, marking a historic achievement in Paraná’s real estate market and demonstrating the power of a meticulously executed sensory presentation.
